The ‘BIMBRAH GROUP’, in establishment since 1980 and now has a turnover of over 18 Cr, is a leading manufacturer of Professional Audio & DJ Sound Equipment in India, having its registered office in New Delhi. The Group manufactures a range of products such as Professional Audio Speaker-Columns, Stage Monitors, Bass Enclosures, Low/Mid/High Frequency Drivers, Amplifiers, Line Distributors, Tape Recorders, etc for Public Address System and Studio Mixers, D.J. Mixers, Dance Floors, Echo, Echo Chorus, Stroboscope, Sequencer etc for providing sound solutions at discotheques, parties & banquet halls and outdoor marriage arrangements.
Originated as a proprietorship firm, the objective was to manufacture simple electronic products for music, such as Speaker-Columns, Frequency Drivers, Echo systems, Tape Recorders etc. These items, once launched in the market, received encouraging feedback and response. Demand of our products kept growing over the years.
Today, the Company possesses excellent production and quality control facilities in its own spacious buildings. The company has the latest Computer Software Technology to test its ‘professional audio speakers’ for better sound qualities and performance. The Research & Development (R&D) team is forever working on improving the quality of its existing products as well as introducing a new product line with variety. Further, surveys are also conducted for discovering new potential markets/ selling arenas and distribution networks.
Over the period, the company has matured as one of the market leaders with an ever-growing product range, which is technically excellent, sophisticated, and reliable.
The novel factory site ‘BIMBRAH INDUSTRIES’ at an essentially developed Industrial Area in New Delhi has been established for enhancing the production capacity to meet the demand of ‘Overseas Markets’.

TECHNICAL DETAILS OF FACTORY / DEPARTMENTS
The manufacturing units at Bimbrah Electronics Pvt. Ltd. and Bimbrah Industries have been established at an 1800 Sq feet and 900 Sq feet measuring area plot respectively. The space has been utilized for the following departments:-

7. Packaging Section
8. Dispatch Section
The company has it own Research &Development Department with highly qualified people for designing and up-gradation of the Electronics Products being manufactured by the company, in accordance with the current scenario of the markets and particular requirement of the customers.
The company also has qualified technical staff for quality control of inward material/raw material before using them for production. After checking or quality control, the raw material is sent to the ‘Stores department’ and then, issued to various production departments, according to their requirements. There is a strict checking of quality of the goods during the production process by our qualified staff. All the finished products are passed through various ‘Computerized Quality Control Tests’. Final production is then forwarded to the Packaging Department for dispatch.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Sound Equipment installations at places of Education, Indian Railways, Indian Army clubs etc.
Our hi-fi has been installed in some of the best public schools in Delhi. The uniqueness of this set up is that the sound systems have been put-up, monitored and controlled from only one room but the sound can reach the entire school upto 125 rooms. Hidden mikes in several rooms enable the Principal to take note of the communication / exchange of discussions between the teachers and their students whenever desired and also facilitate important announcements or news to reach all the students in their rooms at any time. We offered our services for these projects in almost half the amount quoted by our competitors. We managed to reduce the cost by installing only one amplifier of 500 watts along with line matching inbuilt transformer with speaker instead of fixing a 60 watt amplifier in each room. The client was satisfied and so were we.
The publicity of our above idea led to similar work in other study institutions, the Indian Railways and Indian Army clubs.
Increase in Market Share
An unofficial study / survey of the market conducted recently by our Research & Development Department (R&D) team has revealed that our share in the market as providers of the professional audio sound equipment has increased to approximately 70%. The rapidly growing Indian economy has increased its demand manifold. Our wide range of customers include various banquet and party halls, which are in huge numbers, at almost every nook and corner of town. We also cater to discotheques / pubs / bars of prestigious hotels, religious places like Gurudwaras & Mandirs and any other place where mass audience has to be addressed. There is not much scope for competition against us since mostly people in our line cannot produce the kind of quality in sound that we can. And our only competitor in sound quality cannot meet the kind of project cost standard that we have. In a nutshell, we provide better quality at lower prices and that’s what the client is always looking for. |
